Terms and Conditions:
__As a consignment vendor, you will choose the firm price of your item(s) to be sold in our store. Items will not be accepted as
“or best offer.” The price(s) is/are not to be negotiated by any employee of Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center.
__Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center will collect 20% of the sales price of any item(s) under $1000. For example, if the item
sells for $10.00, Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center will retain $2.00 of the sale and a check for $8.00 will be issued to the
consignment vendor. No additional fees will be collected.
__Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center will collect 15% of the sales price of any item(s) over $1000. For example, if the item
sells for $2000, Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center will retain $300 of the sale and a check for $1700 will be issued to the
consignment vendor. No additional fees will be collected.
__Consignment checks will be printed each Monday. If Monday is a holiday in which Geisler Ranch & Livestock is closed, the
check will be issued the following business day. The check will be mailed to the address stated above.
__Each item will be marked with a sale price and displayed on the sales floor. The item will NOT be marked with any
consignment vendor information. No buyer is permitted to contact the consignment vendor at any time. The item will be
photographed and placed on the website as well.
__It remains the right of the Geisler Ranch & Livestock Center to refuse any item(s) that are not acceptable in our store. These
items include but are not limited to: items that do not fit any categories of products currently in the store, items too large to fit
comfortably on the sales floor (saddle spaces are limited), and items in poor condition. Due to space limitations, we also
reserve the right to return the item(s) to the consignment vendor at any time if the item(s) has/have not been sold. Geisler
Ranch & Livestock Center reserves the right to deny any consignment vendor for any reason. The consignment vendor
reserves the right to pick up any item(s) at any time without penalty.
__A consignment vendor agreement is only signed once. However, each item will receive a check-in slip which requires the
consignment vendors authorized signature for each item, as a sales price for each item is declared at that time.

| As requested by many of our customers, Whether you bought it or made it, it's small or large, it's cheap or expensive, you can sell it here in 5 easy steps! Saddle space is limited. 1. Bring the item(s) in. 2. Register to sell the item(s) in our store. (You only do this the first time.) 3. Register each item with a sale price and description. 4. Wait for it to sell. 5. Get your check from the mailbox! If the item is under $1000, Geisler's will collect a 20% fee. If the item is over $1000, Geisler's will collect a 15% fee.
